Senatus AG invests in innovative young companies operating in the growth market of life science. The focus is primarily on non-listed companies whose unique selling propositions address a high benefit and have the potential to generate above-average sales and earnings growth.

The qualification of potential investment candidates is based on a multi-stage feasibility analysis supported by appropriate due diligence.

Senatus AG refrains from the position of a lead investor in favour of a broad portfolio development and accompanying value enhancement. 

In individual cases, the possibility of a direct investment in a portfolio company can be arranged for wealthy investors.

The flexibility of an investment company gives Senatus the ability to invest in private companies at early stages for the long term and to benefit from future dividend payments, company sales or acquisitions.
